PermaculturePaul Yeboah has informed me that Greg Knibbs, a certified and experienced permaculture practitioner from Australia, will be offering a Permaculture Certificate Course in Ghana from 23 April to 6 May at a cost of 500 000 cedis (about 395 ZAR or 54 USD). The cost does not include food and accommodation.

Interested parties may contact Paul on +233024 370 2596. Paul was doing magnificent work when I was in Ghana, and was also assisting a colleague, Idrissu Yeboah, in establishing a hardwood tree nursery with extremely limited resources.

Paul has since established a permaculture practice in Ghana with linkages to Greg Knibbs in Australia. I was fortunate enough to attend Greg's permaculture course in a most idyllic region of Ghana in 2004. For anyone with an interest in organic tropical agriculture, this is bound to be a most rewarding experience. The images below were taken during my visit in 2004.
